Sezaryan nedir?

Sezaryan ile doğum bebegin ve sonunun , Annenin karnından uterusu açarak çıkartılmasıdır. Bebegin ve Annenin sağlığını tehdit eden her durumda ya da vajinal yolla doğumun imkansız olduğu durumlarda sezaryan yapılır. Dünyada sezeryen yöntemiyle doğan ilk insan meşhur Roma imparatoru Sezar'dır.


Sezaryan ameliyatı dünyanın bildiği en eski ameliyatlardandır. Tıbbın ve teknolojinin ilerlemesiyle ameliyat tekniği çok gelişmiştir. Ameliyatların mikropsuz koşullarda yapılması, kan verilebilmesi, kuvvetli mikrop kırıcı ilaçlar, modern cerrahi malzeme ve genel anestezi vermeden belden yapılan uyuşturma sayesinde ameliyatın tehlikesi çok azalmış, nerdeyse normal doğum kadar tehlikesiz olmuştur.

Normal koşullarda ameliyat 45 dakika kadar sürer. Bebek ameliyat başladıktan yaklaşık 10 dakika sonra çıkarılır. Sonra kesilen katlar dikilir. Bebege ulaşmak için cildden başlayarak 8 kat tabaka kesilmekte ve sonra dikilmektedir.

Bu tabakalar sırasıyla: Cilt, Cilt altı yağ dokusu, Kasların koruyucu kılıfı, Kas tabakası, Karın iç zarı, Uterus zarı, Uterus kası, Amnion zarıdır.

The risk of surgery has been reduced to almost as dangerous as normal birth, thanks to the surgery performed on germ-free conditions, blood donation, strong antimicrobial drugs, modern surgical materials and general anesthesia.

Under normal conditions, the operation takes about 45 minutes. The baby is removed after about 10 minutes of surgery. Then the interrupted floors are erected. To reach Bebege, 8 layers are cut from the skin and then sewn.
